Over the weekend I was strolling around outside Houston's contemporary museum and I came across 'Happy Happy' by Choi Jeong-Hwa. It's bright and colourful and it put a smile on my face.
I've definitely never seen anything quite like it before. It's a must see....it's eye popping....it's pop art.
